Ingredients:
1 340g can corned beef
1 large size potato, skinned, diced, pre-fried
2 large size onion, cut into rings
1/2 head garlic chopped
cooking oilCooking procedure:
In a medium size frying pan stir-fry the onion rings
until translucent but firm, remove from the pan and keep aside. Using
the same frying pan stir cook the garlic until the color turns to light
brown but do not over fry. Stir in the fried potatoes and corned beef, stir cook for about 2 to 3 minutes. Now add in the stir fried onion and stir cook for another half a minute. Serve immediately with fried rice.
